Hopefully the readers of the "Self" article will then of course decide that they NEED to watch "Dollhouse" and will bring a whole different demographic to the party than those targeted by the average FOX campaign. (The spandex demographic?) Yea! More butts in the seats! (Or would these viewers watch the show while standing and doing butt squeezes?)
I'm glad that Eliza and Dichen talked about being healthy and fit, unlike the intro, which talked about losing weight. Obviously, those two don't need to lose weight.

Heh, I do most of Dichen's easy-motivator recommendations, they're pretty common-knowledge and often mentioned for starting up and bits of everyday life improvement (parking further away to make you walk more--unless I'm in a rush--always taking the stairs instead of elevators or escalators, and doing my own cleaning. Heh, it's kinda funny that she included that, most people can't afford a cleaner/maid).
Just started biking again a couple weeks ago. Took a second job as a dog-sitter, so I bike to my friends' houses to walk the dogs. Get about a half hour to 45 minutes every day, Monday to Friday, sometimes more if I have time to explore or take the longer way round. It's helped my mood and getting an earlier start to my day compared to how I was through most of the summer (working nights bartending, it's easy to just sleep in big and be lazy during the day until my shift). Next step is attempting the gym again, or trying some other kind of activity that'll build muscle if I can figure something else out (gym is ridiculously boring. Aside from getting a bit of a thrill seeing your numbers/stats go up every so often, it's so fucking dull) but that's probably a couple months off.
Kinda haven't read much (newspaper, magazine, or online article-wise), I used to read health stuff all the time. Stuff like this showing up on Whedonesque is kind of a sneak-attack-reminder to get back on track.
