Why is it that Darla and Dru never make these lists?

I don't watch Bones that much, but I'm pretty sure that David's character on it isn't tortured and seeking redemption.

Booth isn't really tortured so much (though he was physically tortured when in the Army Rangers), but he does say in the first episode that he wants to catch as many murderers as the number of lives he had taken as a sniper. He also does have a bit of dark past due to his father having been an abusive alcoholic.

There's also his past as an army sniper - maybe some material for angst there.

We did have some angst relating to his past as a sniper in previous seasons, so I think upcoming angst will relate to his relationship with his father.

Spike and Angel are the only ones with 4 1/2 stars. Gotta say I think Mick St. John deserves more than 3 stars - we aren't talking show quality here. ;)
