Off-hand and without looking it up* I think Lifetime is part of the Mouse, not the Fox.
* I don't know where the info is on what conglomerate owns which cable channel. Otherwise I'd be looking upa lot there. But they're all tehcnically separate "companies" so it's always hird to find.
