Captain Hammer is Caramelldansen. Yeah, I'm not sure what caramelldansen is either... but apparently Captain Hammer's pretty good at it.

I guess Whedon fandom doesn't have much crossover with the fandoms that do Caramelldansen videos. The Captain Hammer one's pretty hohum. But the Doctor Who misheard lyrics Caramelldansen's pretty much the greatest thing ever.

A bit too kawaii for my taste, but my daughter loved the Pokemon one with Squirtle, Charmander, and Chikorita (yes, I know their names . . . ). However, this part of the wikipedia explanation linked to by Lady Brick is just brilliant:
