Love that Whedonesque is one of Dr. Horrible's top 10 friends. And there is information I, for one, hadn't known before - such as that Micheal Boretz was one of the producers. And that all 3 Whedon brothers are musically talented. Unless of course the music is Horrible!

I dunno. This reminds me of Sugar Shock in a lot of ways, and we never did find out what was up with the Vikings. Sometimes it's more fun to just reference stuff and never really explain it.

Spoilers - Anyanka had a crush with one of the knights from Monthy Python's Holy Grail, then she gave birth to Dandaleon, but she was near when that rabbit monster killed her boyfriend, teleported to home and let the baby fall in a frozen lake. Now, with Global Warming, Baby Dandaleon was defrosted and a happy couple take her as addopted.

There's only been one story told, of course. And, anyway, as much as I hate to point it out, Dandelion's habit of of cursing in various Norse-tinged ways suggests, one would think, that she in fact is of Viking heritage herself.

Referenced, yes. Explained, maybe. But maybe not. Viking is all over Sugarshock, visually and textually, but never really explained. I'm just saying that this has a feeling of Joss-mental-cartwheels to it so I expect mild to moderate tweaking of our noses by throwing out fun little things that aren't ever fully explained.

Hey guys, at 9:49 this morning, Pacific Time, Nathan posted a bulletin at MySpace, asking that more people friend the Dr. Horrible MySpace page. They're apparently up to 516 but he think they/we can do better (I added them yesterday). It wouldn't be kosher to repost his bulletin, but if you're a friend of his there, go read. Always amusing, that Mr. Fillion.

Ya know one of the things I loathe about MySpace - among the veritable cornucopia of stuff I loathe about it? That you can't delete bulletins. If you have a really yakky "friend" that, say, posts bulletins at about the rate of one per minute for hours on end, you have to dig through pages and pages of bulletins to find the good stuff.

When I get a moment, I'm gonna delete all the friends that think it's necessary to post a bulletin every time they have stray thought, as well as any commercial enterprise or musician of which/whom I'm not a huge fan. I was supporting stuff I just liked the idea of, or musicians that are just okay, but the deluge of notices and crap and sales and "ohhh, did you know that there's an election this fall?" bulletins are getting on my last nerve. If I could delete bulletins, I'd retain them as harmless, but as it is, it's getting in my way.

(Must go over to MySpace and post a long, annoying bulletin about this... ; >)
