Summer Glau comes in at 15, Morena Baccarin at 21, and Christina Hendricks gets an Honorable Mention. And Eliza Dushku is IGN's TV Babe of the Day.
You may have to hit continue if an ad page comes up. The link leads to Morena's page, you need to hit next to get to Christina's, and Summer's is here:

Jewel is a jewel. Well, Morena is a ruby, Christina is a pearl, Zoey is an amethyst, Summer is a sapphire, and Jewel is an emerald.
Well, that's how I see it, anyway. But then I often figure out what people are like which gems. I myself am a diadem of diamonds and onyx sprinkled cleverly with chunks of cubic zirconia.
Edited because: I'm an idiot who should be physically prevented from posting while rushed.

Are you also one of those diadems (diadi? diada?) that grants infinite wisdom to the wearer? 'Cause that would be awesome. I'd *like* to be (or wear, for that matter!) one of those 88-cut diamonds. Those things sparkle like crazy! But, I'll settle for being Carribbean Topaz.

(and the only reason I was shaking my head at the 'Emma Peel' entry was because I was wondering what the lady herself would think of being referred to as 'girl' ;)
Saje | June 26, 23:32 CET
Yes. Yes, I am. That is exactly what I am.
And I think it's just plain old diadems... but I would like it to be diadada... or maybe diadoodah.

(to the tune of Zip a dee doo dah)
Diadadoodah, diadaday, my, oh my, you're clever today!
Plenty of wisdom coming our way,
Diadoodah, diadaday!
Mrs. Q-G's a tiara,
It's fantastic! Didactic!
And just a little bit sarcastic...
Diadadoodah, diadaday,
Infinite wisdom, get it today!

Cameron Phillips, Summer's character from T:SCC was 10th, and Faith placed 7th. Also, Eliza was their Babe of the Day.
Part of me thinks IGN just wants to be linked at the eqsue.
ETA: The second Eliza-y link. :D

Though I would love to gain infinite wisdom from QG (could I just drape her around my shoulders in a fireman carry style?) I unfortunately have to attribute the above outburst to what my sister calls my "quick and useless wit." That, and years of practice: my dad and I have been doing this since I remember--making up goofy lyrics to songs. Weird Al, eat your heart out!

Many thanks Saje - I don't even need to click on the link now, no offense to the person who posted it. These articles to me, while not being worth breaking too much of a sweat over, conversely are irritating because they're deliberately written to be provocative. Believe me, online mags out there, you'll get more of us clicking if there's content and intelligence over hype and innuendo.

*grin*
I have a sister who always sighs at me and says, "Is going to be another of your long, peculiar and doubtful analogies?" and wonders audibly if it seems at all likely to anybody else in the room that my I.Q. is higher than hers? And at the end of one of my particularly impassioned and brilliant perorations assures the company-at-large that it was a "Museum Quality" (or M.Q. for short) Rant.
Family keeps you humble... and laughing.
(And I'm not even wearing QG today. ; >)
