New (short) James Marsters Q & A up.
James discusses squid, and whether he chooses to see Spike on-screen, or himself.
Squids not so bad. Calamari, anyone?

I just knew his fav NFL team would be da Bears! Anyone who lived in Chicago during those Walter Payton years and that glorious '85 season had no choice but to be caught up in Bears fever. I still remember the excitement of watching those games fondly and no team or season since has come close to the utter drama and convergence of personalities that team brought together.
::just my humbly stated opinion as a native Chicagoan::

As for sea food, I don't eat it. Never have (maybe did as a child) never will.

Big seafood fan in general though, any type of fish (not huge on Tuna, possibly because I ate it almost daily as a kid ;) and most shellfish, Mussels and prawns/shrimp especially (not Oysters but that's just the texture/sensation).
(i've also had "land" insects BTW - sugar frosted grasshopper and giant ant. Not bad but you're picking exoskeleton out of your teeth for hours afterwards. Not really nice enough to be worth it IMO)

Happily for me chickens are pretty dumb, so I don't have to go completely vegetarian.

Oh, and Saje, thanks, I think that's my apatite hunched up in the corner there *might never look at grasshoppers the same again*

Good luck with that. No fish here at all, except those fish oil supplements - if my memory were better I'd probably remember to take them regularly. Oh, sweet irony! ;)

If I had my time over again i'd probably pull the wings off first Mirage. Worse than peanut skins for getting stuck between your teeth (they're also quite sharp when you start to chew them).
(lived in Nigeria for a few months as a kid and during the termite mating season - when the winged prospective queens would fly around to start new colonies - the local folk there would wait for them to congregate round street lights and then bash the lamp-post with an iron bar so that they fell off. They had fires and fried them up right by the side of the road. Good eating ;)

Hate to burst your bubble barboo, but chickens are very intelligent, at least as intelligent as squid and most likely, far more so.
My ex and I kept chickens for quite some time (for the eggs) and I could tell you stories to demonstrate their intelligence, as well as how affectionate they can be.
As a vegetarian, I'm actually hoping I do burst some bubbles. :-)
As zeitgeist said, good luck with that. Broccoli, anyone?

(my rough rule of thumb - if it's dumb enough for me to catch it then it's dumb enough to eat. The great thing being this is kind of flexible, it works up to and including air crash survivors for instance ;-)
