SMG Birthday Project (Donate to her favourite women-empowering poverty-fighting charity). Just passing along this news. Our little slayer turns 31 on April 14th, so for the occasion, a few fans came up with the idea to donate to a good cause in her name.

The money would go to CARE, the organisation SMG works with. CARE is a leading humanitarian organisation fighting global poverty. They place special focus on working alongside poor women because, equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities escape poverty.
