Apparently, from his previous work (following your link, Saje), Esther Ritchie is a name for Madonna. Already becoming less interested. Then there are no publishers listed, which usually means not published.

I saw this on the bookmooch.com search a while ago (they use amazon as a database) and the publisher was listed as Donkey Punch Press. A google search found about 5 titles published by that label, and I found no website for them.

Pretty odd title for a publisher at least, wikipedia is your friend if you have a strong constitution.

Both Blackwells , who claim 3 to 9 days for dispatch, and WH Smith list the book as having 2 authors.

I got an e-mail a few days ago from the second author requesting his name be removed from this page and he claims to have nothing to do with the book. He's also upset about what QuoterGal said. Now he's asking for the entire page to be removed and shaking a lawyer stick at us. This is all very tiresome. Do any of you mind if we remove the part of this discussion that mentions him? It's not a particularly important link anyway.
