Smallville/Buffy Crossover Fan Vid. I know we don't normally link to fan vids, but this one is particularly well crafted. What if Clark fell in love with Buffy?

Whoa...really well-crafted...nearly seamless...not a Smallville fan (tried, really, truly tried), but this is really cool.

This was really well done. The only problem was that I kept remembering the Buffy clips in context. Not a problem with Smallville since I've never watched it. But it's an interesting idea.

Only problem is, for a trailer it gives away way too much of the plot of the movie.

What would've been really cool would've been working in some shots of James Marsters in the two roles, in a way to leave you wondering if he was a good, bad guy, or a bad, bad guy.

I was thinking about James being in there, as well. His "There's no such thing as vampires" line would have been really apt.

But, as a Buffy fan, I was a bit too "Oh, there she is with Angel" to be able to really get into it.

I certainly applaud anyone who takes the time/effort to do this, though and have to say that Buffy and Clark sure would make pass on some beautiful genes to their offspring!

LOL I actually started to type something else about that above, hence the grammatical error!
Then I thought it was a bit too crude for the board and so took (most of) it out.
It all reminds me of a Superman joke I used to tell at parties where milk was used as a prop... :-D

Pretty well done considering there are no real scenes of the two together to use. And considering that I'd rather see Buffy with Xander than the Smallville version of Clark Kent, Superman/boy to be, eventually.
But bottom line for me as always with the specific buffyverse, from season two on .... no Spike = no interest.

If they had a very free weekend, that's probably all it took.

I thought the video was very impressive. And what Buffy says when Clark tells her that he's from another planet, "I love you." I think that was the same thing Lana said.
